The course aims at developing participants’ ability to:

bullet

Understand the factors, which contribute to and finally result in compassion fatigue and burn-out

bullet

Recognise the signs of compassion fatigue and burn-out timeously,

bullet

Understand what must be done to prevent and deal with burn-out

bullet

Become aware of the factors in their own lives that work against effective self-care

bullet

Implement self-care measures.

Length of Training:

bullet1 to 1˝ days (depending on the needs)
